How it works

01

Create an event

Set the date, time, and meeting spot. Takes about a minute.

02

Put the QR code out

Print it, show it on your phone, or send the link before the run.

03

Runners check in

They scan it and type their name. Nothing to install.

04

Check the numbers later

See who came, who's on a streak, and who hasn't been in a while.

Your dashboard after a few weeks of runs

Turnout per event, current streaks, and this week's first-timers, all filled in from check-ins.

What RunRally does

QR code check-in

Every event gets its own QR code. Runners scan it at the start line and check themselves in.

Events in one place

Create your runs, see who came to each one, and export the attendance log as a CSV.

Attendance over time

Check-in counts week to week, plus who's on a streak and who has dropped off.

A member list that fills itself

Anyone who checks in gets added, with their first run and how many they have done since.

Who uses it

Mostly small run clubs. Also stores, workplaces, and training groups.

Neighborhood run clubs

Weekly social runs where the faces change week to week. The regulars show up in the numbers after a month or so.

Running stores

Group runs out of a shop. Export the turnout for the brands you report to.

Workplace groups

Lunch runs and after-work groups at a company, without an email sign-up sheet.

Training programs

Couch-to-5K groups and marathon blocks, where showing up to every session is the point.

What changes

Clipboard and spreadsheet

  • The clipboard gets left at home or rained on
  • You retype every name into a spreadsheet after the run
  • You can't tell who's new or who's on a streak
  • Attendance is spread across a dozen files
  • You count heads by hand at the start

RunRally

  • Runners scan a QR code and check themselves in
  • The member list fills in as people show up
  • First-timers and streaks are flagged for you
  • Every event and check-in is in one place you can export
  • Turnout climbs on your dashboard as people arrive

Pricing

Everything RunRally does today is free. A Pro plan is coming — some features will move to it, but nothing you already use goes away, and we'll tell you before anything changes.
